Your Role And Responsibilities

The candidate will cover a new senior role in Salesforce Services Sales, primarily in Switzerland and broadly in the Life Sciences industry within the DACH region.

For 2025, Salesforce presents significant growth potential in Switzerland, creating an urgent need for GTM roles.

The candidate should have deep Salesforce skills and substantial domain expertise in the Life Sciences industry, ideally with exposure to Veeva CRM and related products. They should also be a versatile professional capable of supporting growth in sectors like Insurance, Banking, and Manufacturing.

The role involves developing a pipeline of new Salesforce Services opportunities, collaborating with IBM Industry and Account leadership in the Life Sciences sector. The candidate will represent IBM as a thought leader with clients and at industry events, and lead complex proposals in CRM for Life Sciences, including RFPs and proactive initiatives.

Master's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

Deep Salesforce skills and significant domain expertise in Life Sciences, with exposure to Veeva CRM and related products. Experience in solutioning and estimating client implementation projects, including data architecture and migrations. Ability to support growth in other sectors such as Insurance, Banking, and Manufacturing. The candidate should have the presence and gravitas to represent IBM as a thought leader and independently lead complex CRM proposals.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

Consulting Associate Partner level skills in strategy and client relationships. Deep experience with the Salesforce platform, including Industry Solutions.
