We’re looking for a Sales Lead who can identify opportunities and foster lasting business relationships. Your role involves:

  • Proactively identifying potential clients needing custom software development
  • Building and managing a pipeline of leads through research, outreach, and networking
  • Understanding client needs and aligning them with our services
  • Collaborating with our technical team to develop proposals and solutions
  • Representing Agile Software Design at meetings, calls, and industry events
  • Driving the sales process from initial contact to signed contract

Qualifications include:

  • Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in software or tech services
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfort with outbound prospecting and lead generation
  • Strong understanding of diverse industry needs
  • Fluency in English and German (additional languages are a plus)
  • Methodical, independent, and results-oriented approach
