Tasks

Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing and defining HR business requirements
• Enhancing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals)
• Proposing and testing solutions with business and IT teams
• Coordinating release management and external providers
• Ensuring quality assurance and supporting implementation

Requirements

To make a difference, you should have:

• At least 3 years of experience in HR digitalization or IT consulting in HR
• Deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Experience with agile project methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• German language skills at minimum B2 level
