Department Mission

• The Software Engineering Platforms department is dedicated to enhancing the customer journey at Swissquote. We define, analyze, and develop the future of client-facing solutions, maintaining these applications to ensure the best client experience.
• Collaborating closely with the product strategy department, we bridge the company's growth strategy with the implementation of solutions, bringing the vision to life.
• Working hand in hand with internal departments and business units, we ensure our efforts align with client and stakeholder needs.

Team Mission

• This team focuses on delivering seamless trading solutions across multiple asset classes, including Forex, securities, and cryptocurrencies, ensuring a secure, efficient, and user-friendly experience.
• The Trading Conception team designs, develops, and enhances robust trading platforms for web and mobile, catering to diverse users and investment profiles.
• Together, we transform strategic visions into practical features that evolve our trading platforms, empowering clients and setting industry standards.
• As part of this dynamic team, you’ll collaborate with product owners, designers, and offshore analysts.
• You will communicate with stakeholders, define and document business requirements, and guide development.
• You will maintain a product roadmap, prioritize the backlog, analyze client feedback, and collaborate on user experience optimizations.
• You will act as a Subject Matter Expert, support the team with knowledge sharing, and stay updated on industry trends.
• You will provide guidance on the product vision, create documentation, monitor KPIs, and ensure features meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Educational background: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• Deep understanding of securities trading; forex trading experience is a plus.
• Several years of experience as a product owner, business analyst, or similar role.
• Experience working with agile teams and understanding product development in an agile environment.
• Experience collaborating with product designers for web and mobile solutions.
• Strong understanding of product quality, planning, and coordinating validation activities.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Experience mentoring team members and sharing business knowledge.
• Fluent in English.
