As a QA Validation Engineer, you’ll bring your expertise to support GxP compliance in equipment, utilities, facilities, processes, and/or computerized systems validation. You will work closely with our clients in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries to ensure robust validation strategies and documentation aligned with global regulatory standards.

Your Responsibilities

• Act as a QA representative in validation projects (greenfield or brownfield projects)
• Review and approve validation documentation (VP, URS, IQ/OQ/PQ, traceability matrix, reports, etc.)
• Ensure validation activities comply with GMP, FDA, EU, and/or ISO 13485 requirements
• Support and assess risk analyses (FMEA, impact assessments, etc.)
• Manage deviations, CAPAs, and change controls related to validation activities
• Prepare and support audits and regulatory inspections
• Promote best practices and continuous improvement in validation processes

ABOUT YOU:

• Master’s degree in sciences or engineering or equivalent in experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in QA Validation roles within pharma, biotech, or medical device environments
• Solid understanding of GxP and relevant standards (GMP, ISO 13485, FDA, ICH Qx, etc.)
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in dynamic, regulated settings
• English with good knowledge of German. French is a plus.
