We are seeking a skilled Industrial Cost Controller to support our Industrial Controlling team in Wettingen. This role is responsible for cost analysis, variance reporting, financial planning, and cost control in a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will collaborate with plant managers and finance teams to ensure accurate cost tracking, financial transparency, and efficiency improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed cost analysis and variance reporting for manufacturing operations.

• Monitor and control production costs, ensuring alignment with budgets and forecasts.

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including P&L analysis, cost allocation, and forecasting.

• Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy in cost accounting.

• Analyze CAPEX and OPEX spending and provide financial insights.

• Work closely with plant managers and cross-functional teams to optimize costs and enhance reporting accuracy.

• Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and IFRS standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Industrial Controller in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong expertise in SAP and Excel is required.

• Experience with Power BI and Power Query is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, financial planning, and analysis (FP&A).

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a global team.

• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
