We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Sales Engineer on behalf of our esteemed client, a multinational company specializing in cutting-edge high-tech products, located in the Zurich area. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding the company's business within the assigned region (Zurich). As a Junior Sales Engineer, you will leverage your technical expertise to provide consultative and solution-based sales, positioning yourself as a trusted High-Tech Consultant.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and grow your product line within the assigned locations.
2. Generate new leads and identify opportunities for business expansion.
3. Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
4. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
5. Identify clients' needs and offer appropriate technical solutions.
6. Provide consulting and engage in negotiation processes.

Your profile:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communication (or equivalent). Completed technical or commercial apprenticeship can also be considered.
2. Native German/Swiss German and fluency in English.
3. Possession of a valid driving license.
4. Motivation to acquire in-depth knowledge of high technology and become an industry expert.
5. Proactive attitude, sales and target-driven.
