We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Engineer (Java) with software and system engineering skills!

Responsibilities:

  1. Work on numerous Java Spring applications across multiple environments and hosts.
  2. Collaborate with customers on new requirements and change requests.
  3. Respond to incidents, diagnose, and resolve customer concerns.
  4. Continuously improve architecture, build, deployment, and monitoring processes.
  5. Migrate services into cloud-enabled environments.
  6. Transfer knowledge to the 1st level support team on operational topics.

Your profile:

  1. 4+ years of experience in application development and deployment (Java, Spring, Linux).
  2. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  3. DevOps skills, including deployments, release management, operations, and experience with relational databases and SQL.
  4. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  5. Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a relevant field.
