Your role

We are seeking a Senior Project Coordinator & Project Manager for a finance client in Geneva. Responsibilities include:

  • Leading pilot projects on impact licensing activities in collaboration with WIPO GREEN partners, including finalizing licensing agreements, drafting case studies, and licensing terms.
  • Managing the WIPO GREEN Finance Initiative to engage investors, overseeing events, and developing fundraising strategies.
  • Leading IP management clinics, engaging partners, organizing sector-specific engagement opportunities, and managing membership requests.
  • Organizing WIPO GREEN Core Committee meetings and guiding strategic discussions.

Reporting

The role supports the Director of the Global Challenges Division and senior staff working on Climate Change and Food Security.

Required profile

  • Advanced university degree in international relations, law, technology, climate change, or related fields.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Understanding of IP’s role in green innovation, licensing, and technology transfer.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and partnership development.
  • Interest and knowledge in climate change, food security, and environmental issues.
  • Experience in planning, resource management, and program oversight.
  • Knowledge of WIPO’s mandate and relevant external policy processes.
