IT Infrastructure Support

• Receiving, processing, and resolving ICT fault reports, inquiries, and change requests
• Incident and problem management
• Planning, installation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations
• Monitoring and optimizing system performance, as well as conducting error analysis and troubleshooting
• Managing and installing applications via a software distribution solution
• Documenting IT processes and maintaining IT inventory
• Training employees on IT topics
• Participation in IT projects and system enhancements
• Continuous improvement of existing processes
• Collaboration with internal IT partners and suppliers
• Supporting audits and inspections
• 24 / 7 on-call service

Qualifications and Experience :

• Relevant Swiss working / residency permit or Swiss / EU-Citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or completed training in Computer Science
• In-depth knowledge of Windows servers , network technologies , and virtualization techniques
• Experience in managing systems, applications, and infrastructure in the manufacturing and packaging area
• Experience with backup and imaging solutions
• Experience with CSV & GMP
• Fluent written and spoken German and English are a must
• Dedicated personality with a strong customer and service focus
• Ability to work in a team
