Your Tasks

  • Implementation of operating and maintenance measures for the technical building equipment and the process media supply systems for clean room production
  • Management of technical documentation and maintenance planning
  • Planning, organization and implementation of new installations or conversion measures
  • Organization, coordination and support of external service providers and suppliers
  • Management of the spare parts and consumables warehouse incl. cost and deadline clarifications
  • Deputizing for the supervisor

Your Profile

  • Basic technical training in heating, ventilation and air conditioning, mechanics or building services engineering
  • Several years of professional experience in industry and/or ancillary building trades, including project management
  • Further training as a maintenance specialist with a federal certificate is an advantage
  • Experience with technical building equipment and process media supply systems
  • Good knowledge of German and English
