Job Description:

The bank is a prestigious Swiss-based private banking group with a heritage of over 180 years. Responsibilities:

  1. Build and manage a portfolio of ultra-high-net-worth clients, ensuring comprehensive service and client satisfaction.
  2. Develop and implement tailored investment, banking, and trust solutions in collaboration with specialists.
  3. Meet with prospects and clients, preparing and following up on meetings.
  4. Monitor portfolios, providing performance reviews and adapting strategies to meet client goals.
  5. Stay informed on market events and trends, assessing their impact on client accounts.
  6. Foster strong collaboration across bank departments and locations.
  7. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining a high ethical standard.

Qualifications:

  1. At least 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in private banking.
  2. Strong understanding of investment, banking, and trust concepts, including asset allocation and wealth planning.
  3. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and manage a ultra-high-net-worth client portfolio.
  4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  5. Solution-oriented and proactive approach to client needs.
  6. High ethical standards, aligned with the bank's values and compliance requirements.
  7. Fluent in both German and English, with the ability to work in Switzerland.
