What you’ll do:

• Lead and empower a team of 6-7 laboratory technicians
• Coordinate between project teams and lab work
• Manage lab work schedules and ensure timely delivery of analytical results
• Support troubleshooting and method development as SME
• Train and develop team members
• Ensure high safety and quality standards in collaboration with the lab manager

What we’re looking for:

• Apprenticeship as a laboratory technician, CTA, BSc in Chemistry/Biochemistry, or similar
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Motivation to lead and care for a team
• Hands-on experience with HPLC/CE-SDS and/or biochemistry assays
• Experience in a GMP environment within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry is a plus
• Fluency in English or German, with good skills in the other language
