This is a role for a Chief Corporate Strategy Officer to lead investor relations, communications, and strategy for one of the fastest-growing aerospace companies in Europe.

The new CCSO will serve as a highly influential and inspiring executive, developing the investment strategy and enabling the business to continue expanding its innovative product portfolio, tailored to the aerospace and defence markets.

You will develop the company strategy and oversee teams in, but not limited to, Finance, Marketing, and Corporate Development, while collaborating with the CEO, Founder, and the board of directors to drive strategic decisions on finance, M&A, budgets, and procurement.

To Be Successful, You’ll Need To Have

• At least 10 years of experience in a senior managerial role focused on Finance and Strategy at the executive C-suite level.
• Experience working in a scale-up or rapidly evolving aerospace company.
• Proven success in completing large-scale funding rounds valued at €50M+ in the space industry.
• Strong experience working with key investors and stakeholders in the space ecosystem.
• Familiarity with corporate law, management best practices, and evolving business systems.
• The ability to drive corporate financial developments independently when needed, while fostering a collaborative attitude toward business goals.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively across all levels of an organisation.
• Exceptional skills in negotiation, communication, and presentation, paired with the ability to actively listen and engage.
• The ability to delegate finance, corporate development, marketing, and communications tasks across a growing business.
