Head of Finance
M/F/D, 80% to 100%

Your mission

Reporting directly to the site director and the group’s finance department, you will oversee the accounting department and controlling of Adragos Jura. Responsibilities include managing accounting operations, reporting, budget forecasts, and treasury management. You will also supervise the IT department and participate in the local management committee to help lead the company to success.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the accounting department and controlling of Adragos Jura (2 team members, with recruitment planned)
  • Oversee internal and group financial reporting
  • Assist in preparing the site budget and forecasts in collaboration with other departments
  • Manage cash flow planning and control
  • Prepare statutory financial statements and tax returns
  • Develop financial forecasts and monitor variances
  • Calculate cost prices, control investment project costs, and oversee evaluations
  • Maintain relations with external partners such as banks, auditors, and tax advisors
  • Manage the IT team (2 people)

Your profile

  • Higher education in finance or related field, with additional management training
  • Proven experience in financial management
  • Strong knowledge of Swiss accounting standards; IFRS knowledge is a plus
  • Basic understanding of Swiss corporate tax law and company law
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with financial tools; SAP knowledge is advantageous
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, and capable of anticipating challenges
  • Excellent skills in Excel
  • Business fluency in English; good command of French; German is a plus
