Corporate Actions / QI RECON Specialist (Ref. 2494)

As a Corporate Actions / QI RECON Specialist at Bank J. Safra Sarasin, you are responsible for analyzing, notifying, and processing the full range of Corporate Actions and providing comprehensive service for the bank's QI RECON process.

Your responsibilities

1. Write notification letters to Relationship Managers and clients; transmit instructions to custodians.
2. Book the full range of voluntary and mandatory (with choice) Corporate Actions events in client accounts and other business units (cash and/or securities).
3. Review and control the performed Corporate Actions bookings.
4. Assist Relationship Managers with all Corporate Action-related questions and lifecycle events.
5. Support the development of our Corporate Action tools.
6. Participate in the QI RECON process.

Your profile

1. University degree in a financial market-related discipline or completed apprenticeship or similar banking education.
2. At least 3 years of practical experience in financial markets/operations.
3. Basic knowledge of QI RECON processes.
4. Excellent Microsoft Office skills; knowledge of Avaloq and Fitax is an advantage.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Willingness to take responsibility.
7. Very good command of English.
