Our client is a global provider of intelligent mobile Internet solutions that enable operators to improve quality, reduce network operational expenses and manage and monetize the mobile Internet.

As part of the global presales team, you will be part of the sales organization, contributing to sales target achievement, account management, penetration of new markets, and new customers.

You will own all the technical aspects of the accounts, from product presentation to upselling of new features and technology, responsible for technical solution description documents, technical proposals, scope of work, and leading RFx responses.

Requirements:

  1. BSc in a Technical area
  2. 3-5 years of experience in a presale position in the Mobile Telecom industry
  3. Proven experience leading RFPs
  4. Experience working for a software product company
  5. Telecom network background is a must
  6. Mobile data & IP knowledge and deep telecommunications knowledge
  7. Fluent written and spoken English, Spanish highly desirable
  8. Dynamic personality with business acumen and motivation, a team player
  9. Excellent presentation skills
  10. Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  11. Willing to travel extensively

Responsibilities:

  1. Technically and commercially support the sales process – initiatives, upsells, and new opportunities
  2. Product introduction, demonstration, and presentation – prepare, present, and demonstrate
  3. Solution Engineering – understand customer needs and create upsells and new opportunities, listen to customers’ requirements, leverage and translate that to a solution, materialize customer requests to sales
  4. RFX overall responsibility – provide the full RFX response, write the solution sections, assure coherence and suitability of the entire response to customer needs, defend the response, work inbound with R&D and Product, work outbound with customer and business partners
  5. Provide detailed specifications and SOW for customer requests and new requirements
  6. Sales management of trials and PoCs – define the scope, requirements, success criteria, timelines, and milestones; work with HQ on logistics and delivery resources; act as the focal point of contact for the technical aspects and outbound communication to customers
  7. Work and communicate efficiently with the customer, internal and external
  8. Attend marketing events, trade shows, and relevant conferences as required
  9. Enable new sales opportunities by constantly collecting information about customer’s new requirements, changes in customer’s technical environment, and competitive situations
