Site Manager TGA, focus on ELEKT. (m/f/d)

Job Responsibilities

• Specialized project management and construction management considering costs, deadlines, scope of services and quality
• Coordination and control of the construction site
• Support / accompaniment in the planning of service phases 3 - 5 HOAI
• Supporting purchasing processes to acquire subcontractors
• If necessary, calculation of building services and preparation of specifications
• Participation in customer meetings
• Supervision of projects during the warranty period

Your Profile

• Completed studies / technician / master craftsman (m/f/d) in the field of energy and building technology or comparable technical education
• Ideally several years of experience in the planning and completion of technical building systems
• Specialized knowledge of energy and building technology, in particular technical calculations
• Good knowledge of the relevant DIN regulations
• Good IT skills: CAD, Windows applications
• Ability to work in a team, creativity and willingness to work across disciplines in a planning team
