Director Compliance and Dispute Resolution (357106) - CBOS

Hours per fortnight

73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available.

Duties

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the Compliance and Dispute Resolution functions of the Output and related projects as assigned.
  • Act as Executive Director as required.
  • Manage assigned financial, information, human, and physical resources to meet defined standards and objectives.
  • Manage and report on multiple complex projects, ensuring deadlines and standards are met.
  • Develop high-level policy advice to Government on relevant state and national issues, including reports, submissions, correspondence, and briefings.
  • Develop strategies for educating stakeholders about their obligations under relevant legislation.
  • Develop and direct a compliance and enforcement strategy.
  • Provide career development and professional growth opportunities for staff.
  • Exercise statutory delegations, including those as Residential Tenancy Commissioner and Registrar of Vulnerable People, among others.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders and other groups, ensuring appropriate consultation.
  • Registration to work with vulnerable people prior to appointment.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.
