Specialized in project, construction management, and client representation, our company combines a pursuit of architectural excellence with a consistent focus on balancing quality, sustainability, and cost.

With over 50 employees, we participate in public, private, and urban development projects in the Romandie and the Bern metropolitan area.

Due to positive project development, we are seeking a:
Bauleiter:in (80-100%)
for public construction projects at our Bern location.

You will be responsible for the execution of medium to large public projects, supported by project management and executive leadership.

Your Profile

• Architect with FH degree, construction technician, or equivalent qualification focusing on project realization.
• At least 6 years of experience managing and coordinating significant construction sites in Switzerland, especially Bern.
• Proficiency in interdisciplinary coordination, responsibility, assertiveness, and application of relevant schedule and cost management software.
• Interest in modern architecture, quality details, and timber construction.
• Team spirit, openness, and long-term commitment.
• Excellent spoken and written German; French is a plus.
