We are seeking a SAP Master Data Business Specialist to join our Operational Support team in Lengnau, Switzerland.

Your role ensures SAP Master Data business processes are optimally and reliably configured and detailed in the ERP (SAP S4) system and databases. You will be the key interface for SAP users on system support, training, and documentation. You will also actively participate in material life cycle management.

Your Responsibilities:

Master Data Management & Material Life Cycle Management

• Build & Maintain Material Master Data in SAP S4 Hana.
• Complete Trackwise actions related to Master Data Management.
• Responsible for the Master Data management process including material master, procurement master data (PIR, SL) in coordination with the procurement team, BOM, and recipes in coordination with the production planner and MSAT.

SAP Business Analysis

• Be the first level of support to the End-user in case of need.
• Develop and maintain the SAP user training documentation.

SAP Optimization

• Support the ERP System Manager to design and implement Master Data solutions with the support of Global SAP and IT Teams that satisfy identified needs.
• Complete user acceptance testing with other SAP SMEs.

SAP Security and SAP Access Management

• Stay ahead of global procedures for SAP Access Management and ensure LGN Plant follows all required processes.
• Participate in and coordinate Global SAP Security Audits and Reviews.
• Ensure local users have the required access to the SAP system and train managers and SMEs in following the global process for requesting access for end users.

Your Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience with SAP ERP system as a user.
• Former experience as a SAP key-user preferred.
• Good command of Excel or ability to learn it quickly.
• Ability to translate business processes into system functionality.
• Ability to write SAP validation documents (user specification, test case), SOP/WI, and training materials required.
• Experience with TrackWise system.
• Fast learner, flexible, problem-solving, results-oriented, good teammate, customer-focused, ability to thrive in a project environment.
• Proficiency in English and German.
