Sports Production Manager

You will be responsible for effectively and efficiently planning the services production, staff, and equipment for Snowboard international events, according to the scope of service and budget agreed.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in IT or electronics, complemented by a project management certification
• Experience in the sports industry and technology, with proven previous experience in this field
• Analytical mindset focused on continuous improvement
• Service and solution-oriented, a team leader, and open-minded
• Proactive attitude towards internal and external clients
• Structured, systematic, and organized approach to work

• Flexible, with the ability to travel 50% of the time

Key Responsibilities

• Plan service production and collaborate with the sports solutions manager to ensure flawless delivery of technology services and integration of new systems
• Proactively liaise with customers and stakeholders to anticipate needs and understand market trends
• Lead the team to review production effectiveness and procedures
• Apply quality assurance processes, policies, and procedures for sports services production, and manage corrective actions
