Qualifications
Technical degree in IT or electronics, complemented by a project management certification
Experience in the sports industry and technology, with proven previous experience in this field

Plan service production and collaborate with the sports solutions manager to ensure flawless delivery of technology services and integration of new systems
Proactively liaise with customers and stakeholders to anticipate needs and understand market trends
Lead the team to review production effectiveness and procedures
Apply quality assurance processes, policies, and procedures for sports services production, and manage corrective actions
