Our client, a leading European Infrastructure Manager with global expansion plans, is seeking an experienced Head / Senior Product Specialist, Investor Relations to join their growing team. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with both new and existing clients, supporting the firm's continued growth in the infrastructure investment sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Become a product specialist and take responsibility for effective client communication, including coordinating investors' questions and requests related to the organization and investor accounts, acting as an interface between the organization and clients.
  • Develop and manage the storylines of infrastructure solutions, including relevant marketing documentation such as press releases.
  • Serve as the interface to the Private Banking Department regarding infrastructure products.
  • Support third parties like placement agents.
  • Manage processes related to advisory committee meetings, investor calls, and client meetings, including setting up meetings, preparing materials, and participating in meetings.
  • Ensure accurate reporting tailored to target customer groups.
  • Lead investor relations communications, including content creation and managing newsletters and articles in financial publications.
  • Participate in internal projects such as product development.

RFP Management:

  • Own the RFP/DDQ process from prospective investors, utilizing pre-gathered content and data.
  • Maintain and update standard DDQs for active funds and develop RFP content, improving sourcing efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Alternative Investments, preferably in Private Equity or Energy Transition Infrastructure, within an international context.
  • 10 years of experience with RFP/DDQ processes and content management.
  • Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Ability to oversee complex work streams, set priorities, and influence stakeholders.
  • Understanding of legal frameworks of illiquid funds; experience with fund documentation changes is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German; bilingual is a plus.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and a team player.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Interest in sustainable energy infrastructure.
