Your Responsibilities:

• Design and implement endpoint management strategies using Microsoft Intune, Azure, and related cloud services.
• Manage device configuration, compliance, and security for Windows, Android, macOS, and iOS.
• Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint configuration, compliance, and remediation issues.
• Develop and enforce endpoint security policies to ensure secure access to resources and applications.
• Ensure endpoint configurations adhere to company policies, standards, and security best practices.
• Create scalable endpoint management solutions aligned with organizational growth and performance optimization.
• Deployment Services
  • Design and manage device deployment using Microsoft Autopilot and automation tools.
  • Optimize provisioning processes for seamless device rollouts.
  • Maintain deployment scripts and workflows for consistent, secure deployments.
• User Experience Management
  • Monitor Digital Employee Experience (DEX) scores to ensure positive user experiences.
  • Gather feedback to identify pain points and improve endpoint usability.
  • Develop proactive strategies for device performance, application access, and connectivity issues.
  • Collaborate with IT support teams for data-driven improvements.
• Policy & Standards Management
  • Develop, maintain, and enforce endpoint management policies aligned with industry best practices.
  • Update policies regularly to address evolving tech and organizational needs.
  • Provide guidance and training to ensure compliance across the organization.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
  • Partner with internal teams (IT, security, business units) to deliver endpoint solutions.
  • Coordinate with engineers, team members, and contractors for effective implementation.
• Documentation & Support
  • Document technical designs, processes, and maintenance procedures.
  • Provide support and training for successful tool adoption.

Your Profile:

• Expertise in Microsoft Intune, Azure, Autopilot, and cloud endpoint management tools.
• Strong knowledge of endpoint security products and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Proficient in managing Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS.
• Skilled in automation tools like PowerShell and Azure DevOps.
• Ability to lead technical projects and improve workplace environments.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder collaboration.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
