About the job

A leading Swiss industrial group is looking for a Global Sales Manager to drive its international growth across Europe, North America, and Asia. Specializing in modular clamping systems, precision bearings, and high-precision engineering tools, the company seeks a commercially strategic leader to manage global sales operations, lead a distributed team, and build sustainable partnerships with clients and distributors worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute B2B global sales strategies to support long-term growth.
  • Lead, coach, and grow an international sales team.
  • Identify new markets and business opportunities across regions.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key clients and channel partners.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, and product teams.
  • Represent the company at international trade shows and industry events.
  • Oversee sales performance metrics, budgets, CRM usage, and reporting.
  • Negotiate major client contracts and ensure service excellence.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitive activity.

Ideal Profile

  • 7+ years in international technical sales, ideally in machining, tooling, or industrial manufacturing.
  • Proven track record of sales growth and team leadership.
  • Fluent in German and English; French is a strong plus.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Delémont (relocation support available).
  • Strategic, data-driven, and skilled in client negotiation.
  • Willing to travel internationally up to 50%.
