Design, improve, and maintain trading applications while collaborating closely with business teams.
Apply best engineering practices in a fast-moving, tech-driven environment.
At least 3 years of experience in development
Strong communication skills with business teams and clients
Proficiency in C++
Rust experience is a big plus - C++ developers open to learning Rust are very welcome
Interest in learning and improving trading algorithms
Fluent in English - German & French - a plus
Passion for writing clean, reliable, and scalable code
Hands-on, flexible attitude with a true start-up spirit
