Product Owner (m/w)

For a major client based in Zurich, we are looking for a Product Owner in the area of:

Responsibilities:

1. Further development of the bank's strategic portfolios
2. Implement innovative solutions working with third parties including negotiation, contract sign off, being part of the technical implementation and communication
3. Drive a cross-functional team in an agile way of work, i.e., communication, digital, acquisition, customer service, analytics teams to ensure a successful launch of new products
4. Analyze product performance and customer feedback to optimize product profitability
5. Develop and align an annual engagement plan including content strategy
6. Support the Marketing and CRM team with the implementation

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, or similar
2. Multiple years of experience as a Product Owner
3. Experience in Financial Services, Insurances, or Telecommunications
4. Development skills are a plus
5. Digital affinity
6. Fluent in English; German is a nice to have
