Responsibilities:

• Work on tariff adjustments, restructuring concepts, and product adjustments
• Develop actuarial databases for evaluating and monitoring portfolio profitability
• Design and ensure underwriting policies and approval processes
• Participate in creating the reinsurance program and manage facultative reinsurance coverage

Requirements:

• Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, economics, natural sciences)
• Experience in the insurance industry (product development, pricing, or reinsurance is a plus)
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with an independent working style
• Team player with excellent German and English skills
