The Hospitality Coordinator will cook, prepare, order and serve customer meals and participate actively in events organization within the Bank.

In this role you will:

  • Guarantee a pleasant smiling and professional welcome to clients, reflecting a good image and values of the Bank while respecting client Reception procedures.
  • Maintain a neat dress code and presentation.
  • Manage the Client rooms reservation program and HR appointments requests.
  • Answer the phone and act as an operator, ensuring quality follow-up and service, responding favorably to the expectations of our Clients and Bank Employees.
  • Utilize IT tools in our meeting rooms, including preparation for Zoom in advance, addressing login issues, and providing Wifi codes.
  • Monitor the cleanliness of the Client rooms and the service of drinks and hospitality products.
  • Interact with Catering: due to your solid experience in the Hotel/Airlines or Catering industry, you will cook, prepare, order and serve customer meals, and participate actively in events organization within the Bank.
  • Transmit information to colleagues to provide efficient logistical support to our Clients.
  • Ensure that the occupants of the building comply with the internal security instructions and provide logistical support during evacuation.
  • Operational Risk: Knowledge of Security measures plus First Aid, Fire, Evacuation, etc.
