As a key member of the Communication team, the Content Production Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of editing projects. They work closely with the Content Manager to plan and execute various content production initiatives, collaborating with different cameramen and stakeholders across various areas. By leveraging their strong communication, planning, and organizational skills, the Content Production Coordinator is able to deliver high-quality content from pre-season to post-season.

About FWT

The Freeride World Tour (FWT) team is comprised of 15-20 passionate staff based near Lausanne, Switzerland. They organize the five-stop Freeride World Tour circuit, including the Xtreme Verbier event, over the course of the year. The team also manages over 90 Qualifier and Junior events worldwide and oversees a global community of licensed riders.

Working with FWT involves travel, event participation, and engaging with a vibrant community of riders, staff, and partners. The environment values proactivity, sharing ideas, and a focus on the big picture, with minimal hierarchy and micromanagement. Flexibility and teamwork are emphasized.

The Communication team produces content and stories about the competitions and riders. With five worldwide stops, FWT is recognized as the pinnacle of competitive freeriding. The team is diverse and collaborative, fostering a creative and impactful work environment.

Your Missions

The coordinator manages video tasks throughout the event timeline, including archival footage, on-site GoPro management, content creation, athlete interviews, and post-season editing. They ensure high-quality video content that captures the essence of the events.

Profile requis

Your story

• Student or graduate in Video production or related field (asset)
• Skills in editing and shooting
• Experience at events and in video production
• Passion for skiing or snowboarding, familiarity with FWT and freeride scene
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro; After Effects is a plus
• Driving license
• Organized, rigorous, autonomous
