With over 30 years of experience in the plant business and millions of hours of engineering, our client has become a key player in the design of industrial plants. Their team is constantly growing, and they are looking for experienced process engineers.

Scope of tasks includes:

• Collaboration or (partial) project management of plant construction projects in the biotech/pharma sector
• Implementation of process engineering planning and calculations for process plants
• Creation of flow diagrams and P&I diagrams and specification of plant equipment
• Comparison of suppliers' offers on technical points based on the tender documents prepared, taking into account the specifications of our customers
• Organisation of interfaces during plant construction or plant conversion as well as coordination between trades, subcontractors, and clients
• Management or support of commissioning, acceptance of services, local construction supervision
• Lead engineering, technical management of the project team as well as training and support of junior process engineers

Your profile:

• Completed technical training in process engineering, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical engineering, biotechnology, or similar
• Several years of relevant professional experience (min. 5 years) in developing, planning, implementing, and commissioning biotechnological/pharmaceutical plants
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• In-depth know-how to handle projects independently, both technically and organizationally
• Excellent communication skills paired with commitment and hands-on mentality
• Customer- and quality-oriented with an independent working style
• Enjoy working with multidisciplinary teams and a strong team orientation
• Willingness to travel (mainly in the DACH region)
