Within the Commerce & Operation teams and under its governance and methodology guidelines, the Program Management Officer (PMO) is to work with Geneva program’s staff and offshore teams to ensure governance process is followed.
Reporting to the Commerce & Operations Director, the PMO will play a key role in streamlining projects across various departments, ensuring that they align with the company’s goals and objectives. The PMO will work closely with senior executives and project managers to provide oversight and support throughout the lifecycle of a project. He / she will ensure implementation of standard processes, methodologies, and monitoring for the entire program and across all the MSC technology offices. He / she will be directly exposed to Senior Management and will make a significant contribution to the decision-making process by preparing detailed analysis and briefs.
