Senior Investment Manager (m/f/d)

Your mission

• Management of fund products in terms of holistic performance responsibility and control of economic and sustainable investment strategies
• Ensuring and continuously optimizing future-oriented, process-based investment decisions, taking investment targets into account
• Coordinating investment targets in terms of return, risk and liquidity with the investment management team
• Development of the portfolio view in the context of investment decisions
• Intensive co-supervision of complex investments and participation in the drafting of important contractual documents
• Ongoing management of the portfolio as well as constant analysis and monitoring of risk and performance, including through active participation in the transaction process and DD involvement
• Proactive risk management and ensuring compliance with risk requirements
• Preparation and regular reporting of a reporting system as well as KPIs and internal/external stakeholder management
• Communication with institutional investors in relation to the fund products for which you are responsible
  
  

Your profile

• Degree in business administration, economics, real estate management, finance or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Profound knowledge of fund structures and the regulation of institutional investors is an advantage
• Transaction experience in the real estate or lending sector
• Strong affinity for numbers and outstanding analytical skills
• Thorough understanding and interpretation of complex contract structures
• Confident and communicative manner combined with exceptional coordination and management skills and a sense of responsibility
• Very good knowledge of the MS Office package, in particular MS Excel
• Goal-oriented and independent way of working with a hands-on mentality
• Confident knowledge of written and spoken German and English
