We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Presales Consultant who is fluent in both Spanish and French. A solid understanding of Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and good English skills are also required to engage effectively with our providers and Centers of Excellence. This position is with ALSO, a leading company in the IT industry.

What You'll Do:

  • Engage with potential resellers to identify their needs and how we can assist.
  • Actively participate in recruiting new resellers.
  • Utilize your technical skills to support the sales team and help close deals.
  • Demonstrate our products through demos and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored proposals and solutions.
  • Stay updated on our products and services to effectively explain them to customers.
  • Assist in preparing technical documents and proposals.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and technologies to provide the best advice to clients.
  • Work closely with Spanish and French resellers to meet their needs.

What You Need:

  • Fluency in Spanish and French.
  • Intermediate proficiency in English.
  • Strong knowledge of IaaS solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Technical background with presales experience or similar.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer-oriented with a passion for delivering excellent service.

Nice to Have:

  • More than 3 years of experience with cloud platforms like Alibaba or AWS.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
