Within our department Data & Technology, we are looking for a new team member:

IT Service Manager (m/f/x) 80-100%

As of now, we are hiring for a full-time or part-time position.

We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and experienced IT Service Manager to take ownership of our core IT services and processes. In this key role, you will ensure the availability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of our essential IT services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize core IT processes based on ITIL, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies
  • Manage Service Desk operations (1st level support, hardware, inventory, PC setup)
  • Oversee the full user lifecycle (access rights, onboarding, offboarding, role management)
  • Coordinate IT service delivery across three locations
  • Act as the primary interface for third-party vendors, ensuring quality and compliance
  • Track, analyze, and optimize IT service and application costs
  • Select, implement, and manage ITSM tools (e.g., Copilot, Jira)
  • Drive process improvement and maintain clear documentation
  • Support SaaS contract and license management, including payment workflows
  • Provide training and collaborate with internal teams and external partners

Your Profile

  • Degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in IT Service Management and vendor coordination
  • Solid knowledge of ITIL, service operations, and IT governance
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Fluent in German and English
