Senior Product Owner (m/f/x) with focus on AI

Your role at Dynatrace

• You will own core components of the Davis Causal AI alongside your team.
• Support and guide your development team throughout the entire software development lifecycle, focusing on backend engineering and microservices architecture.
• Act as a liaison between your team and other stakeholders, including Product Owners, Product Engineers, Product Managers, and Architects.
• Manage and prioritize the team backlog in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring its content and conceptual integrity.
• Create well-formed user stories aligned with product strategy and clarify story details.
• Contribute your technical expertise and architectural understanding in discussions with your team and stakeholders.
• Ensure the quality of the team's components through health monitoring, performance testing, and proactive maintenance.
• Foster a collaborative network by connecting with Product Owners from other teams, enhancing decision-making and knowledge sharing.

What will help you succeed

• A technical degree related to software engineering or a related field.
• Several years of experience in software development (preferably with Java) and in a product owner role.
• Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and deepening understanding of the product ecosystem of the market-leading observability platform.
• Team player with proactive attitude, outstanding communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to express ideas and share concepts fluently in English.
• Nice-to-have: Experience with Microservice architecture, Kubernetes, Kafka, Spring.

Compensation Data

• Attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits.
• The minimum salary for this position is €60,000 gross per year (full-time, 38.5 h/week). Higher salaries are offered based on qualification and experience.
