Hobson Prior is seeking a Senior DRA Clinical Trial Manager to join our team in Allschwil, Switzerland. This role focuses on managing clinical trial applications and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for guiding clinical trials through submission processes and maintaining communication with health authorities. This is an urgent requirement for a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities:

• Work with internal teams and external partners to provide regulatory guidance for clinical trials.
• Prepare and submit clinical trial applications to European and international health authorities.
• Collect necessary documents and arrange submissions.
• Communicate with health authorities regarding trial applications.
• Ensure trials run smoothly from a regulatory standpoint.
• Meet submission deadlines and maintain tracking records.
• Manage trial documentation and ensure proper archiving.
• Participate in clinical trial team meetings and provide updates.
• Advise on submission processes and prioritize tasks.
• Handle import/export licenses and update internal procedures.
• Train and support other clinical trial managers.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Experience in clinical trial management or a similar field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
• Team-oriented with a customer-focused approach.
• Proficient in MS Office and fluent in English.
• Knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
