Responsibilities include:

• Leading digital sales efforts for Power and Energy Management, achieving volume, revenue, and profitability targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Building and managing a robust sales pipeline for growth and sustainability.
• Establishing strong customer relationships and communicating ABB’s solutions effectively.
• Supporting and enabling local sales teams with knowledge and presentation skills.
• Managing customer opportunities and guiding bid preparations.
• Collaborating with divisions and units to drive sales strategies.
• Identifying market trends and customer needs to inform product development.
• Supporting project delivery to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in electrical engineering or relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in digital solutions sales/support, specifically in Power and Energy Management.
• Experience in digital engineering, industries like upstream, midstream, refining, power, renewables, etc.
• Knowledge of sustainability developments such as green hydrogen, carbon capture, etc.
• Financial acumen in pricing, margins, and risk management.
• Strong communication skills and cultural awareness.

This position reports to the Global PG Technology Manager-Power & Water and is based in Zurich, Switzerland. It is a full-time, mid-senior level role within the Engineering and IT sector.
