About CSP

CSP, initiated at Harvard University and later University of Zurich, has developed into a strong global platform with teams in the U.S., Europe and Asia. We are mission-driven to enable private wealth as a force for good, based on our strongly growing training- and research programs at MIT Sloan, Stanford University and University of Zurich, and close ties with leading wealth holder communities as well as our alumni.

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic Head of Marketing to lead the marketing function across CSP Foundation’s global entities in Zurich, Singapore, and North America. As the architect of our brand presence and growth engine, you will design and implement an integrated marketing strategy that drives client acquisition, builds brand equity, and elevates thought leadership positioning in the sustainable and impact investing space for high-net-worth individuals.

This role will oversee a small but highly capable marketing team and work closely with global leadership to continuously strengthen our brand value, prospect pipeline, and stakeholder engagement.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute a cohesive global marketing strategy across Zurich, Singapore, and North America.
  • Build and maintain a compelling brand identity tailored for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth audiences.
  • Build and nurture a qualified prospect pipeline through strategic marketing and brand positioning.
  • Oversee development of digital and non-digital marketing initiatives including website management, social media, content marketing, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, events, and publications.
  • Lead creation and timely delivery of high-quality marketing collateral across all client and partner touchpoints.
  • Oversight of design, production and dissemination of high-profile, engaging applied research publications
  • Collaborate with program teams to showcase impact stories and program successes.
  • Manage marketing budget effectively, maximizing ROI on all initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor a small team of marketing professionals and coordinate with external contractors as needed.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Pipeline Growth & Lead Generation

  • Growth in prospect pipeline (quantity and quality) across Zurich, Singapore, and North America.
  • Conversion rates from marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) to active prospects.

Brand Visibility & Thought Leadership

  • Increase in brand awareness and recognition across target markets (measured through surveys, digital metrics, and stakeholder feedback).
  • Growth in positive media mentions and strategic partnerships.

Content and Campaign Performance

  • Engagement rates across marketing content (resource downloads, webinar attendance, social media interaction).
  • Effectiveness of tailored campaigns segmented by persona and region.
  • Content contribution to lead conversion rates.

Engagement and Channel Effectiveness

  • Digital engagement metrics (social shares, comments, follows, website traffic, email open and click-through rates).
  • Participation rates at webinars, events, and in-person activations.

Budget Management and ROI

  • Delivery of marketing campaigns within allocated budget.
  • Demonstrated return on marketing investments through lead and acquisition outcomes.

Execution Excellence

  • Updated and actively managed global resource center of marketing collateral (digital and print) for Zurich, Singapore, and North America.
  • Timely speed-to-market for new offerings and marketing materials.
  • Continuous critical assessment and optimization of acquisition channels.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 7–10+ years of demonstrated success leading marketing strategies for global services targeting HNW/UHNW clients or private wealth audiences.
  • 5+ years in marketing team leadership and high-level stakeholder management across regions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Data-driven, strategic thinker with the ability to interpret metrics into action.
  • Strong project management skills with acute attention to detail.
  • Expertise in cross-cultural communication and global brand localization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • International market experience, especially in financial services, philanthropy, or sustainability sectors.
  • Experience or strong interest in sustainable finance/impact investing is a plus.

Additional:

  • Permission to work in Switzerland and located in/around Zurich.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and oral). German is a plus.
