As the Lead for Marketing Management focused on Sustainability & Innovation, you will be responsible for driving our campaigns and marketing efforts towards On’s vision of becoming the most premium global sportswear brand, built on innovation, design, and sustainability. To achieve this vision and scale our Sustainability and Innovation initiatives within our communities, we seek a dynamic leader with strategic insight who is a lateral thinker to join our Global Marketing Management team.
This role reports to the Senior Lead Marketing Management Sustainability & Innovation and involves leading global marketing campaigns in collaboration with our creative studio, channels, and regional stakeholders. You will manage and lead the development of 360 campaigns from brief to execution, working closely with the Sustainability, Innovation, and Product teams. Please note, this is a maternity cover role starting on 1st August 2025.
Your Mission
- Lead the development and execution of complex global marketing campaigns focused on Sustainability & Innovation, ensuring resonance with communities and strategic objectives.
- Foster collaboration with creative and cross-functional teams to maximize campaign impact.
- Monitor campaign performance using data-driven insights for continuous optimization.
- Identify and resolve challenges proactively, demonstrating agility and resourcefulness.
- Contribute strategic thinking on critical topics, overseeing language and claims to ensure sensitivity and progressiveness.
- Support the development of overarching marketing strategies and roadmaps aligned with company goals.
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
- Ensure alignment and collaboration with Innovation and Sustainability teams throughout campaigns.
Your Story
- 5-7 years of experience in Campaign Management within a creative advertising agency, with proven leadership skills.
- Strong interest and knowledge of sustainability topics, with a critical perspective.
- Basic understanding of regulations around sustainability claims is a plus.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of 360 marketing campaigns.
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize, and find solutions without compromising quality.
- Exceptional attention to detail, initiative, and follow-through, with a strategic outlook.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficiency in Asana and Google Workspace is a plus.
