Role Overview: As a Product Owner, you ensure that every product developed by the organization meets client needs and wants. Your duties include selecting features for each product and determining their distribution across target markets. You also decide the design direction for the next phase.

Proficiency in the following areas is required:

• Preparing strategy and presenting ideas to stakeholders.
• Defining product features based on customer requirements.
• Leading the development process with a product roadmap based on the vision.
• Acting as the main contact between teams and stakeholders.
• Overseeing all stages of product creation, including design and development.
• Organizing and prioritizing the product backlog according to requirements.
• Supporting the Scrum/product development team in achieving sprint goals.
• Adjusting and improving each iteration before product release.
• Identifying areas for improvement.
• Informing stakeholders and customers about product status.

As a Scrum Master, you should: facilitate the Scrum process, coach the team to improve performance, remove impediments, and foster collaboration. You will also work with the Product Owner and stakeholders to optimize the backlog and deliver value.
