Your responsibilities

  1. Application of modern biostatistics to large-scale datasets, including single cell/nuclei RNA sequencing data and proteomics data.
  2. Establishing a two-photon calcium imaging analysis pipeline for pericytes in cerebral slices.
  3. Project management and supervising doctoral students.

Your profile

  • PhD in Interdisciplinary Molecular Medicine or Neuroscience.
  • Experience in cerebrovascular biology.
  • Experience analyzing two-photon calcium imaging data to elucidate cellular activity.
  • Minimum of 3 years of postdoctoral experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in the analysis of single cell/nuclei RNA-seq data and proteomics data.
  • Knowledge of R and Python.
  • Experience with cloud-based HPC environments.
  • Experience with mouse handling and breeding transgenic mouse lines.
  • Valid FELASA Category B certificate.
  • Experience in imaging techniques such as confocal microscopy and light-sheet microscopy, including image analysis.
  • Experience in cell culture techniques.
