Production- and OPEX-Engineer

For our Supply Chain Management division at Leister Technologies AG, we are looking for a person with strong implementation skills who will support us in digitalisation and automation and contribute to the continuation of our successful company history.

Your Tasks

• Implementation of transformation programmes in production (machining, assembly, processing) as well as in support functions (planning, purchasing, logistics, quality).
• Sparring partner for the Vice President Supply Chain Management with direct reporting and close collaboration with managers and employees at all levels.
• Definition of KPIs (e.g. OTIF/OTD) and performance of data analyses as a basis for decision-making.
• Enthusiasm of colleagues for the implementation as well as practical support on the shop floor.
• Supporting the implementation of SAP S4H and the further development of the S&OP process.

Your Profile

• Completed studies at ETH or FH level in the field of engineering.
• Excellent analytical skills (incl. programming knowledge) combined with a hands-on mentality.
• Ability to pick up and inspire employees from different departments and levels.
• Networked mindset and strong understanding of end-to-end business processes.
• Initial experience in the areas of S&OP, ERP systems (SAP) and digitalisation a great advantage.
• Excellent command of English.
