Your Tasks

  1. Lead sales activities for PC-24 and PC-12 to direct customers and authorized Pilatus Sales Centers across EMEA and Asia.
  2. Lead the Stans Business Aviation Sales Team, including 6 employees across various roles.
  3. Identify and develop new sales strategies and opportunities.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with authorized Pilatus Sales Centers.
  5. Collaborate closely with Product and Program Management.
  6. Oversee sales administration, including purchase agreements, center agreements, and contractual conditions.

  • Proven experience and a successful track record in Business Aviation Sales with a strong industry network.
  • Strong customer focus to meet the highest customer expectations.
  • Result-driven organizational talent with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Ability to lead, motivate a team, and maintain focus on key objectives.
  • Technical background or passion for technology.
  • Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
