As the Senior Brand Marketing & Consumer Engagement Lead for the EMEA region, you will be at the forefront of an exciting journey.

Can-Am is an established leading brand in the off-road market with an extensive line-up of ATVs and Side-By-Side vehicles, well recognized for their unique performance and handling capabilities, delivering memorable recreational experiences. They are also outstanding companions for heavy-duty tasks. Our mission is to ensure that farmers and professionals have the opportunity to try a Can-Am and get on board!

We are seeking a passionate marketer with a customer-centric mindset and a solid understanding of building and activating 360 regional consumer engagement strategies across various touchpoints.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Go-To-Market EMEA, this role offers the opportunity to collaborate with diverse stakeholders within the regional organization and global marketing, supported by expert functions to achieve objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Marketing Strategy: Develop and oversee the annual 360 consumer engagement plan aligned with regional business priorities, incorporating insights and managing budgets.
  2. Campaigns, Content, and Storytelling: Influence and implement impactful content strategies, collaborate with global teams, and manage website content and regional ambassadors.
  3. Media and PR: Contribute to media strategy, ensure effective social media amplification, and develop PR activations to maximize earned media.
  4. Go-To-Market: Supervise tactical initiatives, support product launches, and coordinate with countries for seamless execution.
  5. Retail Operations and Dealer Marketing: Assist in planning commercial programs and low funnel tactics with the Retail Operations team.
  6. Strategic Initiatives: Participate in regional growth projects, represent marketing in cross-functional teams, and be accountable for KPIs.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor/Master in Marketing or Business Administration
  • 8-10 years in marketing, preferably in brand management
  • Affinity with powersport, automotive, or outdoor industries
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Expertise in 360 marketing, digital and experiential channels
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of retail operations
  • Proactive, adaptable, pragmatic, and results-oriented
  • Experience in international matrix organizations
  • Collaborative, open-minded, and communicative
  • Innovative with a creative mindset and trend awareness

The role is based in Lausanne, Switzerland, with approximately 10% travel expected.
