An exclusive opportunity has arisen with a prestigious Private Bank in Zurich, where the Client Services team is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee a high-performing team that provides an exceptional concierge service to high-net-worth clients. Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the team providing Lifestyle and Concierge services to clients within the Private Banking sector.
2. Deliver tailored services such as luxury travel arrangements, banking services, and other exclusive offerings in line with the bank’s premium brand.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted point of contact for high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).
4. Coordinate and support the organization of high-profile events, meetings, and conferences, both internal and external.
5. Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing development of the team, ensuring continuous growth and exceptional service delivery.

Profile:

1. Proven leadership experience, particularly in Lifestyle, Personal Assistant (PA), or similar roles, with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
2. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment while delivering outstanding service.
3. Exceptional relationship-building skills with both internal teams and high-profile, external clients.
4. Discreet, reliable, and trustworthy, with a strong sense of integrity when handling confidential and sensitive matters.
5. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
6. Proficiency in English and German is required; fluency in Spanish and/or French is highly desirable.
