Responsibilities:

• Communicate daily with new and existing customers via telephone and email.
• Identify and seize marketing and sales opportunities.
• Support the acquisition of new advertisers within the SMB sector.
• Collaborate with clients to provide tailored marketing solutions aligned with their business goals.
• Use client data to offer customized recommendations and insights.
• Qualify businesses for handover to account managers to increase customer revenue.
• Utilize tools like MS Excel and Salesforce for research, communication, and marketing activities.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve advertising products and strategies.

Qualifications:

• German C1 minimum
• English B2 minimum
• Experience in Marketing or Sales preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with marketing tools and software
• Ability to understand and meet client needs with tailored solutions
