This Position reports to:
Service Business Process Manager

Taking on this position as an Application Support Specialist, you will be an integral part of the business Robotics Customer Service Global Operations, ensuring system availability and reliability to support daily operations, meet organizational goals, and satisfy customer needs.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide application and super user support, including error reporting, issue follow-up, and system maintenance (e.g., internal customer setup and order management data updates).
• Gather and define business requirements, oversee development needs, and conduct testing of bug fixes and new functionalities.
• Deliver training and create documentation, guidelines, and user support materials to ensure effective system usage.
• Collaborate closely with business and development teams, participate in projects, and ensure regular communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Technical degree in IS or 2-3 years of relevant experience, ideally within global companies; experience with ABB sales/order systems is a plus.
• Strong ERP knowledge and IS/IT background, with the ability to understand and support complex systems.
• Effective communicator in English, with a customer-focused, results-driven mindset and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Flexible and organized team player, capable of prioritizing tasks and seeing the broader business context.
