Senior Sales Development Representative – Germany (Remote)

Offers clear progression paths into senior sales, management, and other departments
Role
Promote the company’s business through cold calling and emailing prospective clients in the DACH region
Schedule qualified demos and provide detailed information to the Sales team
Keep Salesforce updated with relevant prospect information
Conduct market research to identify new prospects and industries for the company’s products
Manage the entire outbound sales funnel, understand client requirements, and qualify prospects
Manage inbound leads effectively and qualify them for the sales team
At least 2+ years experience in cold calling (preferably B2B)
Based in Germany
Strong communication skills and native German proficiency
Experience in selling to the construction/trade industry or SaaS solutions is advantageous
What You Get
Basic salary of €42,000-€48,000 with an OTE of €62,000-€71,000 (potentially higher with relevant industry experience)
Remote work anywhere in Germany, with flexibility to work outside Germany for 6 months annually
Option to work from offices in Hannover and Berlin
