Head Finance And Risk

We are looking for a hands-on Head Finance and Risk to take ownership of Finance, Treasury and Risk at a strategic and operational level. You will lead two experienced team members and act as a key counterpart to external partners such as auditors and tax authorities. We are looking for a proactive personality who enjoys taking responsibility, is confident in making decisions, and wants to actively shape and drive the further development of our finance and risk functions.

• Lead Finance and Controlling including planning, reporting and accounting
• Oversee liquidity and capital planning in line with ICAAP and ILAAP requirements
• Guide the Treasury and Risk areas by providing strategic direction and leadership to two independently operating team members
• Ensure timely and accurate regulatory reporting in full compliance
• Identify, assess and monitor financial and operational risks across the bank
• Maintain risk governance frameworks and early warning indicators
• Act as main contact for external auditors, tax authorities, and other key stakeholders
• Provide clear financial and risk insights to support executive and Board decisions
• Interface with FINMA as needed (experience with FINMA is preferred but not essential)

Your profile

• 5+ years of experience in Swiss banking in a similar function, with strong knowledge of local regulations
• Fluency in German and English, Spanish is an advantage
• Degree in Finance or Business, CFA / CPA certification is an advantage
• Deep understanding of capital, liquidity, risk, ALM and financial reporting
• Experience in Data Analytics with strong analytical skills
• Strong communicator with experience in regulator and board-level interactions
• Structured, hands-on, and team-oriented mindset
